Delays are common and outside our control.
3. User Responsibility
You agree that:

- You are responsible for all court appearances
- You must comply with all bond conditions
Failure to appear may result in:
- Bond forfeiture
- Immediate financial liability
- Recovery or surrender actions
4. Court Dates & Notifications
Court date tracking, reminders, and notifications are provided as a courtesy only.
We are not responsible for:
- Missed court dates
- Incorrect or changed court schedules
- Failure of notification systems
You are solely responsible for knowing and attending all court dates.
5. Communication Consent (Calls & SMS)
By submitting your information, you consent to:
- Calls (including recorded calls)
- Text messages (SMS/MMS)
- Automated or AI-generated communications
These may include:
- Intake follow-ups
- Bond status updates
- Court reminders
- Payment notifications
You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
Opting out does not remove legal or financial obligations.
6. Use of Automated & AI Systems
We may use automated systems and AI-assisted tools (including ActiveWait) to:
- Collect intake information
- Send updates
- Assist communication
These systems are tools and do not replace human verification.
We are not liable for decisions made based on automated communications.
7. Fees, Payments & Financial Responsibility
All premiums, fees, and obligations are governed by signed agreements.
You agree that:
- Premiums are fully earned upon bond posting
- No refunds will be issued once a bond is posted
- If charges are dismissed and refiled, a new bond and new premium apply
- Payment plans may be revoked upon default
Defaulting on payment terms may result in:
- Immediate full balance due
- Bond surrender
- Collection actions
- Legal enforcement
8. Surrender & Enforcement
We reserve the right to surrender a defendant at any time permitted by law, including but not limited to:
- Violation of agreement terms
- Missed payments
- Increased risk assessment
- Failure to maintain contact
Additional fees may apply for surrender or enforcement actions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Delays in release
- Jail processing issues
- Missed court dates
- Communication failures
- Indirect or consequential damages
10. No Legal Advice
We do not provide legal advice.

11. Accuracy of Information
We rely on information provided by users and third parties.
We are not responsible for:
- Inaccurate or incomplete information
- Changes made by courts or law enforcement
